1. Campaign for improved cellphone service through our State and Federal policymakers and legislators.

2. Continue to lead the Climate Smart Hebron Task Force to implement projects and seek funding to help the Town and residents save money and improve the environment.  

3.  Protect our most vulnerable residents by creating an extreme weather emergency plan to augment what the State and County currently provide.

4. Work to ensure that the goals and objectives set out in the final Hebron Vision & Strategic Plan are implemented.

5. Harden the Town Board’s oversight relating to financial reporting, risk management, internal controls, and compliance with financial regulations and policies.

6. Safeguard our critical infrastructure by establishing long-term capital and financial plans, balancing capital priorities with fiscal constraints.
